Ask about current hours, availability, the exact service, expected duration, total price and cancellation policy. For a limpia or other practice that may use materials, also ask about touch, herbs, smoke, fragrance and any available alternatives.
English or Spanish
Madre Tierra welcomes questions in English and Spanish. Tell the shop which language helps you communicate most comfortably when you request an appointment.
Comfort, consent and sensitivities
Share allergies, asthma, migraines, pregnancy, mobility needs or fragrance sensitivity before the visit. The practitioner should explain the session, respect your boundaries and let you pause, decline an element or stop at any time.
What the shop may carry
Inventory changes, but the shop may offer crystals, stones, candles, sage, spiritual books, cleansing tools and intentional gifts. Call if you are looking for a particular item so staff can confirm what is currently available.
